No matter what your age or your background, there is a time in one's life when we have to start thinking of ourselves.
You may have worked all your life, raised a family, were a caregiver, or either married, divorced or widowed. The time is now to make a plan and start to change your life.
Maybe when you were younger you had many dreams. Dreams that went by the wayside because someone discouraged or disillusioned you. It could have been a parent, a sibling, a close relative, a husband or wife, that talked you out of it. No matter what your dreams were when you were young, there is always the possibility of making them come true now. You have to be the one to make the decision and be strong enough to follow it through.
Make yourself a plan....explore the possibilities that would be good for you and follow it through. Don't let your age deter you from finding happiness and expressing your feelings. Go for it! You will be glad you did!

This was a delightful book about a woman who is reflecting on her life while searching through boxes of things in her attic. With her husband's help, they look through boxes which evoke many memories. Together they make decisions about what are the 'important' and cherished things that should be kept, and which items can be tossed. These memories sparked some of their own memories of things they had always aspired to do, and with encouragement from each other, they each explored new possibilities. They discovered It's never too late to pursue your dreams. It's a lovely story that I enjoyed reading very much and I recommend it!
